The Genesis X-Ray Inspector detections a wide range of foreign objects in packaged products. It is used in the meat, poultry, bakery, dairy, and ready-to-eat meals industries where product purity, safety, and regulatory compliance are critical.
The Genesis X-Ray Inspector can scan products right through aluminum foil packaging or metallic film, which would blind a conventional metal detector.
The Genesis X-Ray Inspector employs multiple image recognition algorithms to improve detection stability and sensitivity, utilizing components like the US VJ signal generator and Finnish DeeTee receiver. It offers various rejection modes, including flap, flipper, and pusher, and can be customized to meet specific requirements.
