The H&H Design Model 110DS is a bulk bag filler. The 110DS can fill 400 to 4,400 lb. super sacks (also called totes, FIBC or jumbo bags) with powdered, granular and large particulate materials. Typical bagging rates are 10 to 25 containers per hour depending on product, operator dexterity and level of automation. The Series 110DS is factory programmed in 1 lb. increments (.5 lb. available upon request) and with consistent product feed, accuracies of +/- 1 lb. per 1,000 lbs. are typical.
