The Hamer Robotic Palletizer is a semi-automated or fully automated pallet loader for bags, cases, buckets & pails. The Robotic Palletizer can be programed to stack on single or dual pallets. Fully automated Robotic Palletizers can work in conjunction with a pallet dispenser, slip sheet dispenser and fully automatic full pallet transfer conveyors.

A wide variety of end of arm tools are available, allowing the robot pick and place bags, cases or pails/buckets. Bag grip tools have a variety of options available, including or automatic width adjustment for handling a wide range of sizes without compromising stack integrity. Case palletizing tools are available utilizing clamps or vacuum cups. In addition, slip sheet pick, pallet handling and many other custom EOAT tool options are available.
