The Emplex MPS 7000 series are high-speed, heavy-duty bag sealers. The MPS 7000 hermetically seals poly bags and pouches up to 12 mil or 6 mil when gusseted at speeds up to 1000 inches (25.4 m) per minute. It can be configured for manual, semi-automatic, or automatic loading.
All bag sealing processes are digitally controlled, monitored, calibrated, verified and reported through an easy-to-use industrial PC and 5.7” touchscreen display. Validation models and optional food grade conveyors are available.
