The Plexpack Model Emplex 7503 is a modified atmosphere, continues band sealer. It can be configured for manual, semi-automatic, or automatic sealing. The Emplex Model 7503 is capable of sealing up to 12 mils (6 mill gusseted) poly pouches and bags thickness at speeds up to 800”/min. It has a 6” x 6’ adjustable height stainless steel conveyor.
Validatable sealing, NEMA 4X, washdown, embosser and printer options are available.
