The Tecweigh® Volumetric Feeder is a small volume auger feeder designed for difficult to handle dry materials (i.e. fine powders) found in the food, chemical, plastics, mining and aggregate industries. The Tecweigh® Volumetric Feeders are available in three sizes: Model 05 (0.5 ft3 capacity), Model 12 (1.2 ft3 capacity) and Model 28 (2.8 ft3 capacity). The single auger provides uniform and accurate product metering (+/- 2-3%) at feed rates from 0.003 – 900 ft3/hr. depending on the model. The Tecweigh® Volumetric Feeder’s continuous motion, external agitation system eliminates product degradation, rat-holing or bridging.
