Parts, hardware, components, fittings, and assemblies can be bagged individually or as a kit in plastic bags. Depending on the application, they can be bagged by hand or with a semi-automated bagger by number or weight. Bags can be pre-labeled for a large runs of the same part or individually labeled for small runs.
By Weight/Count
For hand filling by weight or count, we recommend the Sharp Packaging Systems bagger or the Weigh Right Model HF-1 bag filler coupled with the Cleveland Model CE-2500 band sealer. The HF-1 bag filler is also a good option for uniquely shaped products.
Individual
For those products that require individual hand filling, etc. we recommend the Sharp Packaging Model Max roll bag filler/drop sealer. The APM Model SBP-DS wicket bag filler and drop sealer are great options clothing or magazines.
Gas Flush
For parts that require inert gas flushing (i.e. electrical components), we recommend the AmeriVacS Model AVN table-top jaw sealer.
