Mail-in repair is ideal for smaller bagging equipment (e.g. portable sewing machines, large sewing heads or small heat sealers). For larger bagging equipment that cannot be mailed, Inpak Systems can provide in-plant repair service by experienced, certified field technicians.

To best meet our customers’ needs, Inpak Systems offers flexible repair service options. We provide mail-in repair for small equipment and on-site service for larger systems. We also service small machines on-site when required by the customer.
For sewing heads, our preference is that the sewing head be shipped to us for repair; however, we can perform on-site service when necessary.
We repair most major brands’ bagging equipment (e.g., bag filling, bag transferring, and bag closing).

Yes, we have portable and fixed-head bag sewing equipment available for rent.

Depending on the type of failure, and with the help of photos or videos, we can diagnose some issues remotely. Up to 30 minutes of remote diagnostic time is provided at no charge; any diagnostic time exceeding 30 minutes will be billed at our standard service rate.
We offer a 90-day warranty on all repairs.
Mail-In repair rate: $110/hr. plus parts and shipping.
Field Service rate: $175/hr. plus parts and travel expenses.
All repairs are validated by thoroughly testing every sewing head and every machine before it leaves our facility. We apply a “buddy system” approach: one technician performs the initial inspection and testing, and a second technician independently reviews and re-tests the equipment. This double-check process ensures every unit is verified for proper performance and meets OEM standards prior to returning to the customer.
Yes, we sell rebuilt equipment that is restored to factory specifications using new parts and components. While rebuilt units may show cosmetic wear, they are fully tested, brought to proper operational standards, and perform like new—at a fraction of the cost of purchasing new equipment.
